“ Amazing food! Great friendly service! First time dining at this restaurant. Went here for my birthday dinner and we were not disappointed! We had mussels as an appetizer. They were cooked perfectly and the sauce was “dip worthy”. We also had the goat cheese and cranberry salad. Again, amazing! The flavor combination was perfect! And we had the pecan crusted halibut. Uhm. True perfection! We even had the cream brulee for dessert. It was very creamy with the perfect toasted crystallized top. Oh, yeah, the garlic bread! Thick sixes or crispy toasted French bread with garlic butter oozing everywhere. ”

“ Visiting the Alpena area for our 10th anniversary and The Court Yard was recommended by several people. Madison was our server and she was very attentive and did a great job. We tried the fried mozzarella for an appetizer, very good and the marinara sauce was great! I also had the Salted Caramel cocktail, it was delicious but it sneaks up on you fast! For dinner I had Trotters Steak and my husband had the Italian Mac and Cheese. Both meals were fantastic! The Grecian Cheesecake for dessert was perfect! It was creamy and sweet, but not too sweet. We got it to go since we were stuffed and it was still great several hours later so I can only imagine how good it is fresh! ”

“ Had my birthday dinner at the CY. I couldn’t say enough good things about the experience. The staff was inviting and professional. Michelle our waitress was amazing!!! The meals were perfect and courses were timed precisely so that we didn’t have a ton of food all on the table at once. We were allowed to finish each course without the next being forced upon us. Atmosphere was relaxing without harsh lighting and even in a packed dining room I was able to clearly converse without struggling to hear or be heard. I would give more stars if possible and will definitely return. ”

Service and Atmosphere both receive Five stars and the food will receive a rating once I get to sample the menu.
